{"id":6337,"date":"2021-10-11T03:28:05","date_gmt":"2021-10-11T01:28:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mdresistor.com\/gridex-g\/"},"modified":"2021-10-11T03:28:09","modified_gmt":"2021-10-11T01:28:09","slug":"gridex-g","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mdresistor.com\/en\/gridex-g\/","title":{"rendered":"GRIDEX G"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0;\" title=\"Gridexg\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mdresistor.com\/images-docs-blog\/gridexg.jpg\" alt=\"Gridexg\"><\/p>\n<h2>PRESENTATION<\/h2>\n<h3>PREPARATION OF THE GRIDS<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After cutting, the consecutive strips of a grid are alternately separated and isolated from each other by an internal separator consisting of a<strong> housing<\/strong> or a<strong> flat iron<\/strong> flanked by two blades of<strong> mica<\/strong> .<\/p>\n<h3>ASSEMBLING THE GRIDS<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The<strong> grids<\/strong> equipped with their internal separator are<strong> stacked<\/strong> on two<strong> tie rods<\/strong> and isolated from each other by external separators also associated with two <strong>mica<\/strong>blades. The<strong> tie rods<\/strong> are<strong> isolated<\/strong> by a mica tube. The stacking thus produced is clamped in a press after <strong>steaming<\/strong> , to form compact <strong>battery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>CONNECTING THE GRIDS<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The continuity of the <strong>electrical circuit<\/strong> is obtained by <strong>spot-welding<\/strong> the final bands of consecutive grids. Intermediate outlets are installed on each<strong> grid<\/strong> , they are designed to act as sockets to which it is possible to connect, with screw and nut. Finally, we <strong>curve<\/strong> the end of the bands by tilting them to eliminate any possibility of contact between them. The <strong>Gridex G<\/strong> , thus mounted, constitutes a robust and <strong>stainless<\/strong><strong>bank<\/strong>, maintenance free and easy to connect.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0;\" title=\"Gridexg\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mdresistor.com\/images-docs-blog\/gridexg.gif\" alt=\"Gridexg\"><\/p>\n<h2>USE<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Rheostatic control<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>ALLOYS<\/h2>\n<p>The different types of alloy used are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ferritic steel<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>18\/10 AISI 304 stainless steel<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Refractory steel<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Cupro-Nickel Alloy<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Aluchrome<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>* For reasons related to the evolution of our firm, this product is known by many names:<strong> MECHANIC<\/strong> ,<strong> MECATOLE<\/strong> ,<strong> THERMOSTATIC<\/strong> .
