Fijaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica de <strong>elementos resistentes<\/strong> mediante tiras macizas, a <strong>temperatura<\/strong> inferior a la de la parte activa. Aumento de la vida \u00fatil de los propios elementos resistentes y de las piezas de sujeci\u00f3n y <strong>aislamiento<\/strong> . Gran robustez <strong>mec\u00e1nica<\/strong> de los conjuntos.<br \/>\nLa geometr\u00eda del <strong>Gridex U<\/strong> permite que se fabrique de forma casi autom\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<h3>DESCRIPCI\u00d3N<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El sistema Gridex U se compone de colecciones de <strong>cuadr\u00edculas bordeadas<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>en los dos lados cortos por tiras adhesivas s\u00f3lidas destinadas a <strong>la fijaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica<\/strong> y entradas de <strong>corriente<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>en los dos lados largos por <strong>rigidizadores<\/strong> <strong>de acero inoxidable<\/strong> en <strong>forma<\/strong> de U. Una cinta aislante flexible ( <strong>l\u00e1mina de mica<\/strong> ) que se aloja dentro del rigidizador mientras se desborda en gran medida asegura el aislamiento entre este \u00faltimo y el borde de la <strong>rejilla.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>ENSAMBLAJE<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las <strong>rejillas<\/strong> se apilan sobre dos varillas, <strong>roscadas<\/strong> en los extremos. El aislamiento entre las rejillas y las varillas lo proporcionan los anillos de <strong>hombro<\/strong> de <strong>cer\u00e1mica<\/strong> . El bloqueo del conjunto est\u00e1 asegurado por tuercas y arandelas el\u00e1sticas.<\/p>\n<h3>ACCESO<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las <strong>conexiones<\/strong> entre rejillas est\u00e1n aseguradas por <strong>puentes<\/strong> <strong>de acero inoxidable soldados<\/strong> por puntos.<br \/>\nEstos riders dan una buena rigidez mec\u00e1nica a todo el banco.
