PRESENTATION

PREPARATION OF THE GRIDS

After cutting, the consecutive strips of a grid are alternately separated and isolated from each other by an internal separator consisting of a housing or a flat iron flanked by two blades of mica .

ASSEMBLING THE GRIDS

The grids equipped with their internal separator are stacked on two tie rods and isolated from each other by external separators also associated with two micablades. The tie rods are isolated by a mica tube. The stacking thus produced is clamped in a press after steaming , to form compact battery.

CONNECTING THE GRIDS

The continuity of the electrical circuit is obtained by spot-welding the final bands of consecutive grids. Intermediate outlets are installed on each grid , they are designed to act as sockets to which it is possible to connect, with screw and nut. Finally, we curve the end of the bands by tilting them to eliminate any possibility of contact between them. The Gridex G , thus mounted, constitutes a robust and stainlessbank, maintenance free and easy to connect.
